    Mon - Sat 0900 - 1700hrs. Or night classes can be arranged usually 1700 - 2200hrs

  • How do I renew my subscription?

    There's no subscription?

  • What type of payment methods do you accept?

    Bank Transfer only

  • What is your return policy?

    There should be no problem returning the 100% funding to the customer or changing dates for another course as long as this is done within 5 days. 

  • I can't find my original receipt. What should I do?

    Just contact the company directly, and we can look through the accounts to see if your payment is still with us.

**Cancellation Policy:**

We understand that plans can change, and we aim to provide flexibility for our customers. Please review our cancellation policy below:

14 Days or More Before Booking Date:

  - Full refund of the booking amount.

7-13 Days Before Booking Date:

  - 50% refund of the booking amount.

Less Than 7 Days Before Booking Date:

  - Unfortunately, no refund can be provided.


**Proposed Alternative:**

If you find yourself in a situation where you need to cancel within seven days of the booking date, we encourage you to consider rescheduling your stay with us for another available date. We value your business and will do our best to accommodate your needs.
